Founded in 1989, the company was purchased in 1994 by Mr Stéphane Caron, who was previously a cook in the company. His organizational skills, integrity and respect for others are qualities that his team has benefited from and that have favourably contributed to the development of the company.

In only a few years, Cuisine Karo Inc underwent important growth in all of its markets. Today, the company has 75 employees that work as a team, 24 hours a day and 6 days a week, to fulfill its customers’ requirements. Aside from the president and operations manager, the staff includes a quality controller, several cooks and assistant cooks, a human resources director, a supply director, a shipping and receiving supervisor, as well as various administrators.

Cuisine Karo Inc was nominated twice, in 2000 and 2001, as a finalist for the « Prix distinction » of the program « Les PME de la Banque Nationale ».

At the infrastructure level, Cuisine Karo Inc occupies 21,000 square feet, housing a complete line of production and packing equipment which allows it to manufacture high quality food products at the lowest possible cost. Each month, careful sanitation inspections of the building are performed by public health officers.

The first concern of the company is to offer quality products and to promptly satisfy the expectations of customers.
