Cuisine Karo Inc caters to three types of customers: mobile canteen owners, vending machine owners, and distributors that supply convenience stores and grocery stores.

In general, customers place their orders by phone or fax one day in advance, and these will be prepared during the night.

Customers can come to the shipping department Monday through Friday between 4:00 am and 4:00 pm to acquire the products they will distribute during the day. The « Payer et emporter » store is open from 4:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Our staff, which is responsible for providing customer service, is available to meet the customers’ needs and expectations.

Comments and suggestions are always seriously considered, with the objective of improving the quality of service and products.
